Japan trivia: Does this face look familiar?

If you go out of Shibuya Station's South exit, you'll find a rather large mo'ai head just kinda sitting there, staring at the smokers around its perimeter. This statue was a gift from Niijima as a token to commemorate the island's 100th anniversary as a part of Tokyo (since 1880).
