Himonya Park (碑文谷公園), near Gakugeidaigaku Station on the Tokyu Toyoko Line, is a lovely place to have a sit and relax- -and a listen to the "mi-mi-mi" buzztrill of cicadas. And, for just 200 yen, you can have an hour’s row around the pond.
