kitty through the glass 窓越しに見る猫 (Sagamihara)

Walking back from Sagamihara's Kite Matsuri, we were passing by a home when a flurry of movement caught our eyes: something like oblate balls of yarn tossing themselves about from behind a translucent window. Blinking and simultaneously saying to one another, "What the hell's that?", we laughed ("Jinx!") and tacitly decided to get a bit closer. The balls of yarn turned out to have paws--small paws--and mewed.
