Among all the places in Tokyo in which to relax, I would have to say that Shinjuku Gyoen is by far my favorite - - and while its beautiful spring cherry blossoms are particularly noteworthy, the former Imperial garden and its grounds are tranquil in every season. It’s quite easy to forget that just a 10-minute walk away is one of Japan’s busiest train stations and business districts.
