yellow tea イエロー茶 (Cairo)

Tea is extremely prevalent in Egypt; quite often, when you sit down at a store or shop, they will bring over some sort of tea as a welcoming beverage. I found yellow tea, which is an infusion of some dozen herbs and spices, mixed with fenugreek seeds (clearly seen at the bottom of these glasses), to be a particular delight; its light herbal zing was quite relaxing while simultaneously stoking my thoughts.
