Some of the photographers seen in the background here lingered for hours just to capture that perfect pose of people daring enough to “ride” the penis float. I ended up fighting to get into the front of the line--just in time to see mom (pictured here) jump on while her young son looked on.

(Son, naturally, was entirely oblivious to the symbolic meaning of everything; he just looked on rather curiously and enjoyed the attention mom was getting.)
