While I'm not much of a portrait photographer, I do have a few moments where I enjoy just getting a few friends together and messing around with the camera.
This particular shot, essentially a "just messing-around" pic I'd taken a few portraits for my friend, ended up drawing a bit of attention from a mobile carrier a while back--they had asked whether I'd taken any more, and said they'd be willing to pay me a bit of cash if I had a series I'd be willing to sign over to them.
Unfortunately, I had only a handful of shots; and while my head had been filled with a few concepts, the company needed shots right "then"--and I had to turn them down. (I keep thinking that someday I should revisit those concepts and see what I might yield--)
