A jizo statue embraces momiji leaves at Nikko's Kanmangafuchi Abyss.

Yeah--I cheated and put the leaves there. Just couldn't help myself. The rain was particularly heavy at times during this day, sending down these brilliantly colored leaves all around, which complemented these moss-covered statues extremely well.
