actually, Emily hit it nearly spot-on-- while i wanted to take a photo that had some sort of motion (i've been experimenting quite a bit with motion/zoom blurs and their effect on the eye), i decided that i wanted to try something with the filtered sunbeams that were appearing here as sunset approached; finally, i had an idea of breeze meeting sunbeam...
