As I consider what kinds of photos I enjoy taking, only a handful of subjects spring to mind; one of these is cats. Cats (and dogs as well--but that's a different story for a different day) summon to mind a certain sense and spirit of grace and balance; many have a sensual nature about them unfound in other animals. As I travel about, I find that I take photos of cats going about their lives; in this case, a cat leaping off one of the walls at the Temple of the Emerald Buddha in Bankok.
